— About the Institute

An archive of the record.

The OUBAS Institute is an educational, documentary, and research institution. It preserves institutional memory by connecting publications, court proceedings, research records, academy programmes, and documentary media inside a single archive designed for durable preservation and stable citation.

Institutional Overview

Founded for the record.

OUBAS operates at the intersection of scholarship, law, and public education. The Institute publishes long-form documentary volumes, maintains a research library of primary records under permanent RL identifiers, and provides a structured gateway to court records relevant to institutional accountability.

An Academy translates the archive into structured learning pathways. OUBAS TV extends the archive into documentary media. A Resource Centre supplies the practical templates, guides, and calculators used across the platform. Printed editions, when issued, use managed QR codes that resolve — through the Digital Companion Engine — into a managed companion page designed for stable citation.

OUBAS — the Organisation Undoing Banking Abuse and State Abuse — is an independent digital publishing, documentary, research and public-learning platform founded and currently operated by Ephraim Mbuso Dlamini, trading as OUBAS Institute. OUBAS is presently a sole proprietorship. It is not an accredited or statutory institution. Any future trust or independent governance board will be described on this website only after it has been formally constituted and has assumed its stated functions.
