Disclaimers.

General Website Disclaimer

The information published on this website is provided for educational, research and public information purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, investment, tax or professional advice. Visitors should obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals before relying on any information for personal, legal, financial or business decisions.

Publications Disclaimer

OUBAS publications present documentary narratives, educational commentary and research material based on records available to the author or the OUBAS Institute at the time of publication. Readers are encouraged to review the source records, chronology, Digital Companion materials and referenced court records where available. Publication of material on this website does not replace the official court record or any official institutional record.

Court Records Disclaimer

Court-related material is provided for public information, research and educational purposes. Where official court documents are linked or summarised, users should verify the official court record, case file or court-issued document. Commentary, summaries, timelines and explanations on this website are not court orders, judgments or official legal advice. Court records and OUBAS-authored educational commentary must be read as separate categories of content.

Research Library Disclaimer

Research Library records are organised for documentary, educational and research purposes. The inclusion of a record in the Research Library does not mean that every interpretation of that record is accepted by every party mentioned in it. Users should review the original document, metadata, context and related records before drawing conclusions.

Academy Disclaimer

Academy content is provided for learning and public education. It is not a substitute for professional advice, formal academic accreditation or legal representation unless expressly stated. Certificates issued by the Academy, where applicable, confirm completion of OUBAS learning material only and do not constitute professional licensing or regulatory accreditation.

Public Experiences Disclaimer

Public experiences are submitted by contributors and are subject to moderation before publication. Publication of a public experience does not mean that OUBAS has independently verified every factual statement contained in the submission. Public experiences are shared for educational and public interest purposes and should not be treated as legal findings or formal adjudications.

External Links Disclaimer

This website may contain links to external websites, public records, court platforms, media platforms or third-party resources. OUBAS is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy or policies of external websites. External links are provided for convenience, reference and educational purposes.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of this website, submission of information, reading of publications, downloading of resources or participation in Academy material does not create an attorney-client, adviser-client or fiduciary relationship between any visitor and OUBAS, its founder, contributors, editors or administrators.

Accuracy and Updates

OUBAS aims to maintain accurate and current information, but records, legal matters, publications and educational resources may be updated over time. Visitors should check the publication date, version number, court status and related updates before relying on any material.
