Who you are contracting with
This website and its products are owned and supplied by Ephraim Mbuso Dlamini, trading as OUBAS Institute, a sole proprietorship based in Johannesburg, Republic of South Africa. Payments
Our order process is conducted by OUBAS Institute, the seller of all items on this platform — including digital publications, AAP subscriptions, and film and cartoon access. Pay by EFT is currently available. Additional approved payment gateways may be offered when activated. Access is released after payment confirmation.
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise, and are the total amount payable. OUBAS is not presently VAT-registered and does not charge VAT. The final amount payable is displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. For EFT, use the payment reference on your invoice.
Delivery of digital products
Digital publications are delivered after payment confirmation, by way of a secure, time-limited download link shown on the confirmation page and available from your order record. AAP subscriptions and rental streaming access are activated as soon as payment is confirmed. No physical goods are shipped.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and are processed by OUBAS Institute directly.
Subscriptions
AAP subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date by writing to admin.aap@oubas.press. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, circumvent access controls, resell or redistribute purchased material, or reproduce copyrighted material without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
