Our order process is conducted by OUBAS Institute, the seller of all items on this site. Pay by EFT is currently available. Additional approved payment gateways may be offered when activated. Access is released after payment confirmation. When an approved online gateway is activated, your statement will name that processor and OUBAS Institute.

Currency and tax
Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include any applicable VAT. The final amount payable is shown before you confirm the purchase, and an invoice is issued by OUBAS Institute and is also available from your OUBAS order record.
Delivery and fulfilment
All products are digital and delivered electronically after payment confirmation. Nothing is shipped and no delivery charges apply. Full details, including link expiry, re-issue and failed-delivery handling, are on the delivery and fulfilment policy page.
Refunds and cancellations
Digital purchases may be refunded within 14 days where the product is faulty, was not delivered, or was bought in error and has not been substantially consumed. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and remain active to the end of the paid period. Full terms are on the refund and cancellation policy page. Requests may be sent to enquiries@oubas.press.

Restrictions
Products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the purchaser. Redistribution, resale or public performance is not permitted. We do not sell physical goods, financial products, regulated advice, or access to any third-party service.
